I have emotional intelligence to control emotions and stay calm in complicated situations, proactive attitude to finish work quickly and I am respectful to all my colleagues. 

I believe that I can achieve everything I set out to do and I strive to achieve it 

I have to be at the workplace at 9.00 am and be very responsible with the tasks assigned to me. 

I have to call customers to give them information about new offers from the company.

I have positive thoughts and believe in my abilities to do all the work that is entrusted to me. 

I believe that with dedication I can understand any subject, if I set my mind to it I can do it. 

I must have responsibility and commitment to my studies, because they are virtual and everything depends on my focus and dedication. 

I have to have all the work done so that at the end of my degree I can graduate
